These light and simple Velcro brand one-wraps are included with all bags that mount via daisy chains, and with all large bags as rack stablizers. For standard bars, seat-tubes, and head-tubes choose the default 6” size. Two will hold most bags to the bars, but I usually opt for 4 just to keep things extra secure. For stablizing on racks or oversized points that 6” wont cover choose 18” and trim as needed.
